Management &
Operational Structure.

NTSCORP constantly reviews and refines its day to day operational procedures to reflect the needs of its clients, the Traditional Owners of land and waters in NSW and the ACT.

The CEO is responsible for the appointment of staff to meet the strategic vision, budget and operational plans of the company.

The CEO’s Executive Committee is responsible for the day to day operations of the company and reports directly to the CEO.

The company structure has been amended in the current reporting period to allow for a better quality of service to Traditional Owners.
