Warren Mundine
Chief Executive Officer & Company Secretary
Warren Mundine was appointed as the Chief Executive Officer of NTSCORP Ltd on 4 August 2003.
He also holds the position of Company Secretary to which he was appointed in September 2003. Mr Mundine has over 24 years experience on management in the public, private and community sectors and is an advocate for lifting Indigenous people out of poverty and building a strong Indigenous economy.
Mr Mundine is also a member of the Australian Institute of Management, the Australian Institute of Company Directors, the Chair of NSW Labors Indigenous Policy Committee, Executive Member of the National Native Title Council, Executive member of the St. Josephs College Indigenous Fund, Southern Cross University Foundation, Board member of NAISDA and Ambassador for the Song Room. Mr Mundine has been newly appointed to the National Policy Commission Indigenous Housing Committee.
Mr Mundine was formerly National President of Australian Labor Party, Deputy Mayor of Dubbo and Chair of NSW Country Labor. He has also served as President of the NSW Local Government Aboriginal Network, as an Executive member of the Local Government Association of NSW, as a commissioner with the NSW Local Government Grants Commission, as a member of IAGs Expert Community Advisors Committee and as a member of the NSW Attorney Generals Juvenile Crime Prevention Committee. He is on the NSW PCYC State Board.
Ken Lum
BA (Hons), PhD
Ken Lum is the Chief Operations Officer and head of operations for the company.
He has been employed by the company upon its inception and was appointed to this position in May 2006. Dr Lum was the companys head of research immediately preceding his appointment.
Dr Lum has a wealth of experience in Indigenous affairs and is recognised as a leading anthropologist in his field. He holds a PhD in anthropology (UQ) and is a published author. He has eighteen (18) years experience in Aboriginal land rights and worked in the Northern Territory for ten years as a research anthropologist for the Northern Land Council native title unit. He was then employed by NSWALC as the principal research anthropologist (native title unit).
Allan Barraza
BB, CPA
Allan Barraza was appointed as the companys Chief Financial Officer in October 2004.
He formally held the position of Manager Finance and Administration with the company, a position to which he was appointed soon after commencing employment with the company in May 2002.
Mr Barraza holds a bachelor of business degree (UTS) and is a fully qualified Certified Practising Accountant with extensive experience in project management and financial controlling.
As the companys Chief Financial Officer, Mr Barraza is responsible for the corporate services division, ensuring financial viability and risk management of our operations.
Damien
Bidjara-Barnes

Indig Leadership
Damien Bidjara-Barnes was appointed as the Principal Solicitor for the company on 1 January.
Damien is a descendant of the Bidjara people from Central Queensland.
He is the solicitor on the record in the Federal Court of Australia for native title claims by traditional owners represented by the company. He is also solicitor on the record for all other claims in which the company acts. Damien holds a Bachelor of Engineering (USyd), as well as a Bachelor of Laws (UNSW), and has extensive experience in construction, mining and native title law. He has 11 years experience in the legal profession and is the recipient of the National Australia Bank Indigenous Scholarship to undertake an Executive MBA through Melbourne Business School (native title unit).
