Natalie Rotumah
Chief Executive Officer
Natalie Rotumah is a proud Bundjalung woman with over 20 years of experience working in the native title sector. As Chief Executive Officer, Natalie brings strong leadership, deep commitment, and a lifelong dedication to advancing the rights and interests of Aboriginal people.
Grounded in grassroots community values, Natalie leads with authenticity, integrity, and a genuine passion for creating meaningful change. Her leadership style is collaborative and inclusive, ensuring Aboriginal voices remain at the centre of decision-making and policy development.
Natalie’s commitment and dedication to community are reflected in every aspect of her work. She continues to drive a vision of empowerment, self-determination, and unity across native title and the broader Aboriginal affairs landscape.
Neville Kim
Manager - Community Facilitation
Neville Kim is a proud Dunghutti and Gumbaynggirr man with over 40 years of experience in Aboriginal affairs, including more than 15 years in the native title sector. His career reflects a lifelong commitment to advancing the rights and wellbeing of Aboriginal communities through leadership, advocacy, and practical action.
Known for his straight-up and down approach, strong community connections, and unwavering work ethic, Neville is a true broker—bringing people together, navigating complex issues, and always finding a way forward. His deep cultural grounding and old-school wisdom make him a trusted voice and respected advocate across the sector.
Neville consistently shows up, goes above and beyond, and leads with integrity and purpose in everything he does. His dedication continues to shape meaningful outcomes for Aboriginal people and communities.
Mishka Holt
Principal Solicitor
Michael Bennett
Manager of Research
Michael Bennett has worked for NTSCORP for over 20 years preparing historical connection reports for native title claims across NSW. His book Pathfinders: A history of Aboriginal trackers in NSW was published in 2020 and short-listed for the Prime Minister’s Literary Award in Australian History in 2021. He was awarded the C.H Currey Fellowship by the State Library of NSW in 2024 to work with the Dharriwaa Elders Group on the Aboriginal history of Walgett. Michael has also recorded oral histories with Aboriginal community members for the National Library of Australia and the State Library of NSW. Recently, he worked with fellow historian Paul Irish to compile Aboriginal histories for the four sites of the Powerhouse Museum across Sydney.
Keong Soon
Chief Financial Officer
Keong Soon joined NTSCORP in October 2011. His role encompasses Finance, Risk Management, Human Resources and Corporate. Keong has acquired a range of experience in the commercial and not-for-profit sectors, both in Australia and overseas. Keong holds a Bachelor of Management Studies degree majoring in Accounting and Finance from the University of Waikato, New Zealand and is a member of the Chartered Accountants in Australia & New Zealand (CA).

Annika Rotumah
Deputy Manager - Community Facilitation
Annika Rotumah is a proud Bundjalung and Gumbaynggirr woman with over 15 years of dedicated service working alongside Aboriginal communities. As Deputy Manager of Community Facilitation, she champions a rights-based approach that empowers Aboriginal people and strengthens self-determination—ensuring community voices are heard, respected, and lead the way in decision-making.
With extensive experience in community engagement, facilitation, and advocacy, Annika is deeply committed to driving meaningful change and improving outcomes for Aboriginal people across the region. Her leadership reflects a steadfast passion for ensuring Aboriginal perspectives shape the policies, programs, and decisions that impact their lives.
Sam Cherian
Deputy Chief Financial Officer
Since joining NTSCORP Limited in March 2010, Sam Cherian has played a key role in strengthening the organisation’s financial governance and strategic reporting. As Deputy Chief Financial Officer, he oversees the delivery of high-quality financial reports and advice to the executive team, manages core finance functions including payroll, accounts payable and receivable, and leads continuous improvement of financial systems and processes. Working closely with the Chief Financial Officer, Sam ensures compliance with regulatory requirements and supports NTSCORP’s mission through sound financial stewardship and leadership.
Madison Marshall-King
Community Facilitation Corporate Support Officer
Madison Marshall-King is a proud Bundjalung, Dunghutti, and Gumbaynggirr woman with over a decade of dedicated service supporting Aboriginal communities through her work in Community Facilitation and Corporate Support.
Highly regarded for her exceptional organisational skills and expertise in events management, Madison ensures that every initiative and gathering runs seamlessly—fostering strong relationships and meaningful engagement across both community and corporate settings.
Her professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine passion for helping others shine through in everything she does. Madison is deeply committed to creating spaces where Aboriginal voices are heard, valued, and celebrated.
Rhiannon Mikhail
Executive Assistant to CEO
Rhiannon Mikhail is a proud Bundjalung, Dunghutti, and Gumbaynggirr woman who brings both cultural strength and professional excellence to her role as Executive Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer and Management team. With a proactive mindset and unwavering attention to detail, she provides high-level support that ensures the smooth and efficient operation of executive functions across the organisation.
Known for her strong initiative, organisational prowess, and calm, solutions-focused approach, Rhiannon plays a vital role behind the scenes—anticipating needs, streamlining processes, and helping drive effective outcomes. She takes pride in staying organised under pressure and consistently brings a warm, can-do attitude to every task.

Lusi Kwan
Accountant
Lusi Kwan joined NTSCORP Ltd as an Accountant on 26 September 2022. In her role, she is dedicated to ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of the company’s financial operations. Lusi is responsible for preparing detailed financial reports, conducting thorough account reconciliations, and managing daily financial transactions. She works closely with various departments to support budgeting and forecasting activities, contributing valuable insights to financial planning. Additionally, Lusi ensures strict compliance with accounting standards and internal controls, helping to safeguard NTSCORP’s financial integrity. Her commitment to precision and process improvement plays a vital role in maintaining the smooth and effective operation of the organisation’s financial systems.
Keisha Sines
Administrative Officer
Keisha Sines is a proud Dunghutti and Gumbaynggirr woman who brings a can-do attitude and strong sense of purpose to her role as Administrative Officer. Highly capable and experienced, Keisha provides essential support across a wide range of operational and corporate functions, ensuring the smooth and efficient running of day-to-day office activities.
With a sharp focus on organisation and efficiency, she plays a key role in maintaining office supplies, coordinating travel and vehicle bookings, and supporting meetings, conferences, and project teams. Her calm approach, attention to detail, and genuine care for her work make Keisha a trusted support to her colleagues and a valued member of the team.

Simon Correy
Senior Anthropologist
Simon is a Senior Anthropologist at NTSCORP and has been with the company since its inception in 2002. Simon has been providing anthropological assistance to claimant groups since 1995 when he worked on the Wellington Town Common and Peak Hill native title determination applications. He has had the privilege of working closely with Aboriginal communities in most parts of NSW and the ACT with a particular focus over the last 20 years on the north coast region. He has been the principal anthropologists on several consent determinations of native title including Widjabul Wia-bal, Western Bundjalung and Yaegl.
Legal
Sandy Chalmers
Deputy Principal Solicitor
Sandy first started working in native title at the Kimberley Land Council in Broome, working with native title groups across the region between 2011-2014. In November 2014, Sandy moved back to Sydney and took a role in NTSCORP’s legal unit.
Sandy has experience supporting Aboriginal communities through all stages of native title claims, from preparation to successful determination and establishment of native title corporations. He has represented native title groups negotiating agreements with Government, resource companies, agricultural stakeholders, and other interest groups. Sandy aims to provide clear, practical advice which helps groups achieve the outcomes they want from the native title process.
Olivia Charles
Solicitor
Olivia was admitted as a Solicitor in New South Wales in March 2024. Prior to joining NTSCORP Limited in 2023, Olivia worked at the Administrative Appeals Tribunal as an Associate in the Migration and Refugee Division.
Olivia works with native title groups to progress native title determination applications, and to negotiate and implement Indigenous Land Use Agreements and future act agreements. Olivia also assists registered native title body corporates with governance and compliance under the Corporations (Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander) Act 2006 (Cth).
Rachel Jenkins
Solicitor
Rachel joined NTSCORP in August 2023 and assists in managing proceedings in the Federal Court as a respondent party to non-claimant applications on behalf of NTSCORP as the Native Title Representative Body for NSW and the ACT. Rachel also works alongside registered native title body corporates, advising them of their obligations under the Corporations (Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander) Act 2006 (Cth) and assisting with the implementation of Indigenous Land Use Agreements.
Rachel has a background in General Insurance litigation, and previously worked in the Presidential Unit at the Personal Injury Commission.
Ashwyn Sormus
Solicitor
Ashwyn joined NTSCORP in September 2022 and was admitted as a solicitor in New South Wales in September 2024. Prior to admission, Ashwyn worked as a paralegal and law graduate at NTSCORP, and as a paralegal at Shoalcoast Community Legal Centre on the NSW South Coast.
Ashwyn works with native title groups to progress native title determination applications, and to negotiate and implement Indigenous Land Use Agreements and future act agreements. He also assists registered native title body corporates with governance and compliance under the Corporations (Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander) Act 2006 (Cth). He has a particular interest in compulsory acquisition compensation matters, as well as energy and resources, water, and cultural heritage law and their intersection with native title.
Morgan Westley
Solicitor
Morgan is a solicitor at NTSCORP, holding a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Business from Western Sydney University.
He joined NTSCORP as a Law Graduate in 2023 and was admitted as a solicitor in early 2024.
Morgan has experience working with a native title group and assisting them through the claim process as well as supporting a Registered Native Title Body Corporate which is responsible for managing determined native title rights and interests.
Nina Attwooll
Solicitor
Nina has been with NTSCORP Limited since 2023, when she was admitted for practice. Prior to admission, Nina worked at the Australian Government Solicitor in the Dispute Resolution (Administrative Law) team and at the Northern Rivers Community Legal Centre.
Nina supports native title groups to negotiate and implement future act agreements and Indigenous Land Use Agreements, and to progress native title claims. Nina also provides support to registered native title bodies corporate in respect of the management of native title rights and interests, corporate governance, agreement making and compliance.
Maggie Lai
Paralegal
Maggie is in her final year completing the Juris Doctor at UNSW. Previously, she completed a Bachelor of Actuarial Studies and Commerce at UNSW.
Maggie has a keen interest in planning and environment law, and its intersection with Native Title.
Outside of work Maggie enjoys movies, theatre, art, and hiking.
Sophie Viol
Paralegal
Sophie is a Paralegal at NTSCORP. She is currently in her third year of a Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Communications (Social and Political Science) at the University of Technology, Sydney. She holds a particular research interest in the realisation of land and social justice for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Peoples.
Prior to joining NTSCORP she worked as a legal assistant at a general practice and criminal law student volunteer at the Aboriginal Legal Service. Outside of work, Sophie enjoys going to the beach, thrifting and attending live music.
Jamey Wang
Paralegal
Jamey is a Paralegal at NTSCORP. He is currently in his fourth year of a Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Arts (International Relations) at the University of Sydney. Jamey’s interest in serving the rights of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples stemmed from his experience in the Service Learning In Indigenous Communities program during his studies.
Prior to joining NTSCORP he worked as an inquiry line officer at the NSW Office of the Legal Services Commissioner. Outside of work, Jamey enjoys basketball, running, and a crackling Banh Mi.
