Warren Mundine – DUniv (Hon.C) FAIM MAICD Chief Executive Officer & Company Secretary 

Mr Mundnie was appointed Chief Executive Officer in August 2003; and appointed Company Secretary in September 2003. Mr Mundine has over 24 years experience on management in the public, private and community sectors and is an advocate for lifting Indigenous people out of poverty and building a strong Indigenous economy.

Mr Mundine is also a member of the Australian Institute of Management, the Australian Institute of Company Directors, the Chair of NSW Labor’s Indigenous Policy Committee, Executive Member of the National Native Title Council, Executive member of the St. Joseph’s College Indigenous Fund, Southern Cross University Foundation, Board member of NAISDA and Ambassador for the Song Room. Mr Mundine has been newly appointed to the National Policy Commission – Indigenous Housing Committee.

Mr Mundine was formerly National President of Australian Labor Party, Deputy Mayor of Dubbo and Chair of NSW Country Labor. He has also served as President of the NSW Local Government Aboriginal Network, as an Executive member of the Local Government Association of NSW, as a commissioner with the NSW Local Government Grants Commission, as a member of IAG’s Expert Community Advisors Committee and as a member of the NSW Attorney General’s Juvenile Crime Prevention Committee. He is on the NSW PCYC State Board.

Ken Lum – BA (Hons), PhD
Manager Projects Group

Dr Ken Lum is the Manager Projects Group for the Company and has been employed by NTSCORP since its inception in 2001.  Dr Lum was the Company’s Head of Operations prior to his current appointment in May 2010.   Dr Lum manages the Research, Land Tenure and Notifications, and Community Facilitation Units within NTSCORP.

Dr Lum holds a PhD in anthropology (UQ). He has 20 years experience in Aboriginal land rights and worked in the Northern Territory for 10 years as a research anthropologist for the Northern Land Council.  He was later employed by NSWALC as the Principal Research Anthropologist (Native Title Unit) before moving to NTSCORP (then NSWNTS).  His previous positions at NTSCORP were Head of Research and Head of Operations.

Petra Fowler - Manager Corporate Group

Ms. Petra Fowler was appointed the Manager Corporate Group in February 2010.

As Manager Corporate Group, Ms. Fowler, heads up the Finance, People & Facilities and Corporate Affairs teams of NTSCORP. Ms. Fowler has a wealth of experience in finance and corporate services in local government, the unions and banking. Ms. Fowler commenced work at NTSCORP on the 13 October 2008 as the Executive Services Manager and then was promoted to Corporate & Executive Services Manager.
