The auditor’s independence declaration for the year ended 30 June 2009 has been received and is at page 48 of the financial report.

The company expects to maintain the present status and level of operations and hence there are no likely developments in the entity’s operations.

The company’s operations are not regulated by any significant environmental regulation under a law of the Commonwealth or of a state or territory.
Rounding of amounts
The company is an entity to which ASIC Class Order 98/100 applies and, accordingly, amounts in the financial statements and directors reports have been rounded to the nearest dollar.
