NTSCORP constantly reviews and refines our day to day operational procedures to reflect the needs of our clients, the Traditional Owners of the Lands and Seas from which we come.
The CEO is responsible for the appointment of staff to meet the strategic vision, budget and operational plans of the company.
The CEO Executive Committee is responsible for the day to day operations of the company and reports directly to the CEO.
The company structure has been enhanced in the current reporting period to reflect the ever-changing need to enhance the quality of service to Traditional Owners.
